Construction

Okay this is for all of you who want updates on our home construction. Deadline is end of march. To do list as follows unless ammended by Realtor:

Last Week and Yesterday:

Remove master bathroom wallpaper
Put in electrical outlets and switches to match trim in kids bedrooms
Put in new bathroom fan with light in hallway bathroom (this was more involved then I thought and I spent a few hours up in the attic figuring it all out.
Uber clean the house for the Realtor to maybe visit us on Monday

For Monday:

Landscaping: cost $150
Visit with realtor/ will they come to the house or jsut give us a list?
Have Outside house painting estimate #2. First estimate quoted $1400. Really?
Have someone look at and fix ceiling damage. Jay fell through from the attic. Luckily no one was hurt (except a few bruises) and of course the large hole in the ceiling over the refrigerator.

Bleach stains and sand bathroom walls. Repair where needed. The wallpaper is finally all removed! Whoever discovered the awesome power of vinegar to remove wallpaper should be able to punish the inventor of wallpaper!

Finish painting master bathroom cabinets, door, and the doors to Michael's room...he wants them back since this past summer.

Kids Ballet class

For Tuesday

Fix ceiling fan in front room (See "why I don't dust" post). Hopefully my friend Emma and I can figure this one out. Looks like more attic work for me.

Tape off rooms that need painting
Buy paint and hardware items required at store
Last scrapbook class at house before the move

For Wenesday

Staging bedrooms (this may be a Tuesday job with Emma and the taping off may take place this day)
Priming walls in all rooms requiring paint
Scouts YW

Inquiring about carpet/flooring if needed. (Depends on the realtor's visit)

For Thursday

Put back up Michael' blinds
A little me time (I have a few other projects with deadlines...namely my sister's babyshower)
If still unknown find out about kitchen ceiling
