I loved this book!



What did I love? I loved the characters, the learning experiences, the fortitude. I loved learning about Afghanastan and the reasoning behind the attitudes of the people there. I loved that this book focused on women. I loved being able to discuss this book with my husband and having some really good conversation.



What I didn't like...some swearing, some although not too much (and thankfully not too graphic) sexual content. While I understand the need for the time lapsing between characters...to show how everything fits together, it was a bit confusing at times.



This book gave me new perspective. I love when books do that. :)
